The year is 3802. The land of the United Territories of America has been steadily dwindling since the big one of 3654 broke the nation in half and plunged the entire eastern seaboard under waves. The cowboys and cattle barons who raise three horned Black Shangus cattle need more land to graze their herds upon.
From the aftershocks of the quake, new land arose from the sea floor surrounding Japan. It's square mileage grew exponentially from the upheaval making it the envy of the rest of the world. However, even though Japan grew to ten times its previous size, it drifted across the Pacific before settling about 150 miles to west of the fractured United Territories of America.

The cowboys and cattle barons have decided to invade their new neighbors to gain more grazing land for the Black Shangus.
Of course, Japan's secret warriors the Ninjas will defend their land at any and all cost.
