On our busiest practice / event weekends we are capable of putting up 3 - '08 NXL style xball fields, 1 - '07 NXL style xball field, 1 NPPL 7-man field and more Spyder fields than we want to count, and yes we have room for all of them, 9 total fields in all.

This is what most other facilities are experiencing. Overall while we are at least temporarily ok, the Chicago market is NOT! It's just a matter of time before the Badlandz feels these effects. It is now, more than ever, imperative you get that adrenaline rush that only paintball can give you. Many Players believe the game has lost it's appeal.

With the intention of putting the fun back into the game, we are making every effort possible to assure you of a great day playing paintall. While you may already be familiar with some of the new policies and rules, we'd like to lay 'em out here so you know what to expect. We at the Badlandz already feel you get the most value for your money at our facility. Now it's our mission to guarantee you and your family and friends the very best time.

#1 - All fields will now have max capacity limits.

All Airball fields will also have capacity limits. It will vary from week to week depending on their layout, but it will never exceed 24 max participants.

#2) You will have to gather by the entrance to the wooded fields like normal, but you will no longer be able to to jump into games after they leave the staging area.

#3) Many fields have been widened in an effort to allow more player movement. The fields that have not been will maintain a lower max player capacity. More places to move and hide. Also it's not as likely a fast firing gun can shoot from one tape line to another.

#4) Most bunkers have been built larger and even sturdier than before. Several will accommodate 2 or even 3 players. Kids can stay right with friends or family so they're not intimidated. First timers can jump in with the experienced players to learn playing techniques.

#5) We will be dividing games up now, not only by beginner / advanced status, but paying close attention to age. Always keep Kidz Dayz in mind for your young, first or second timers.

#6) More intensive referee training program. Ref's are primarily to keep you safe and enforce the rules. However they will also be more attentive to your needs as a paying customer.

Please remember.... We can make up all the rules, regulations and policies we want. We can enforce them perfectly. We can build the best facility on the planet, but what everybody that plays will remember first and foremost is their interaction with the people they meet.
